Thank you for arranging for us to stay in Room 315. It is our favorite and special room. Every year our stay gets better. We are very impressed with how well the property has been maintained and improved over the years. The PTH is our favorite hotel!! |

Most sincere thanks to all staff members. We very much appreciate the special considerations given to our son with severe food allergies. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay, from the competence and friendliness of the staff, to the accommodations, cleanliness, and overall condition of the hotel. Truly amazing service and many special unexpected touches! |

It is our philosophy to never stay at the same place twice, because there are so many places to see and experience. I can assure you, though, we will be back to the PTH again. Thank you for providing the environment for a wonderful vacation. |

Thank you for your attention to details that were important to me; i.e. moving us to a room on an upper floor, arranging transportation, making dinner suggestions, and most importantly, having a 'can do' attitude of service. I felt my needs were more important than the hotel's needs or convenience. |
